Balance Health understand the importance of maintaining good oral and vision health. That’s why we offer comprehensive dental and vision coverage to our employees.

Dental

Our dental plan covers a wide range of services, including preventive care, such as regular check-ups and cleanings, as well as basic and major restorative services, including fillings, extractions, and dentures. Our plan also covers orthodontic services, such as braces, for both adults and children.

We understand that dental care can be expensive, which is why we offer a range of cost-sharing options to help make it more affordable for our employees. Our dental plan has a reasonable annual deductible that must be met before coverage kicks in. After that, there will be a copayment for each service, which may vary depending on the type of service and the provider you choose. We also have a maximum out-of-pocket limit, after which the plan will cover 100% of the remaining costs.

We have partnered with leading dental providers to offer our employees a wide range of options when it comes to choosing a provider. Our network includes general dentists, specialists, and orthodontists. We encourage our employees to use in-network providers to get the most value from their dental coverage.

We believe that by providing our employees with access to quality dental care, we are not only improving their health but also their overall well-being. We encourage our employees to take advantage of our dental coverage to help maintain good oral health.

Vision

Our vision plan covers a wide range of services, including routine eye exams, prescription eyewear, and contact lenses.

Our vision plan includes coverage for a routine eye exam once per year, with a low copayment. After that, you can choose from a wide variety of frames and lenses, with a certain allowance per year. You can also opt for contact lenses coverage, which includes an allowance for both disposable and extended wear lenses. We also cover the cost of prescription sunglasses, with certain limitations.

We have partnered with leading vision providers to offer our employees a wide range of options when it comes to choosing a provider. Our network includes optometrists, ophthalmologists, and opticians. We encourage our employees to use in-network providers to get the most value from their vision coverage.
